He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ritter and Lena Ritter; his brother William; his son Danny Ritter; and his grandchildren, Owen Tibe and Ashley Ritter.
He is survived by: his former wife June Schultz; and his children, Faith Tibe (Ray) of Altoona, Jack Ritter (Linda) of Normal, IL, David Ritter of Bonita Springs and Martha (Missy). He is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
