He was predeceased by: his parents, Morrell Robert and Cecelia Fox (Smith); his siblings-in-law, Eugene and Imogene Miller; and his son-in-law Wade Flack.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller; his children, Dawn (Jeff), Duane Fox (Jana) of Dyersville, IA. and Denise Flack of Rock City, IL.; his grandchildren, Dr. Brandon Yeager (Bailey), Ariel, Kaden Yeager, Sydney, Taylor Fox, Orion, Chloe Flack and Tonya Orshall; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Miller and Linda Miller; and his godchildren, Brent Kappes and Debra Schrader Hawk.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for memorials to be given to the Lena Fire Department or the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
