He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldona Macis and John; his brother Kenneth Madenis; his brother-in-law Dell Burford; his brother Edward Madenis; and his son Donald.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Burford, Dorothy Drogos (Jeff) and Janice Tito (Carmen); his son Jeff Madenis (Suzy); his daughter-in-law Amanda Madenis; his daughter Jennifer Wyse (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Megan Mischung, Eve Wyse, Sophia Wyse, Wyatt Madenis, Gideon Wyse, Tirian Wyse and Elon Wyse.
