He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Heiler and Mary Heiler (Cosgrove); and his wife Kathleen Bender. He is survived by: his children, Amy Heiler of Lena, Steven Heiler (Ronda) of Lena and John Heiler Jr. of Lena; his grandchildren, Michael Heiler of Lena, Jamie Reed (Patrick) of Lena, Sarah Heiler of Lena and Johnathon Heiler of Freeport; and his great grandchildren, Landin of Lena, Dean Heiler of Lena and Angel Hoeffer of Lena.
