Olthoff; his son John Katzenberger (Stephanie Mitchell) of Belvidere, IL; his grandsons, John Katzenberger, Jordin Katzenberger, Jack Katzenberger and Brayden Wulfekuhle; his great grandchild Colton Katzenberger; and his brothers, Jim Katzenberger (Helen) of Lena, IL, Jerry Katzenberger (Jean) of Delavan, WI and Julian Katzenberger of San Jose, CA..

A memorial has been established in his memory to the Humane Society and Hospice.
