Joan Howe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Howe of Lena, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Cox and Mary Cox (Barnhizer) of Polo, IL.; and her husband Norm. She is survived by: her children, Barb Loomis (Randy) of Lena, Martha Irak (John) of Hobart, IN, Burnham Martin (Judi) of McConnell, Marybeth McConkey (Joe) of Winona, MN, Fred Martin (Laurie) of Bloomington, IL, Devan Howe (Juanda) of Merrill, WI and Debby Schiffman (Rod) of Orem, UT; and her significant other Springers. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 greats and one great great granddaughter.
If so desired, memorials may be given to Green County Humane Society in Monroe, Wisconsin.
