With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Edler of Lena, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Eggermeier and Edith Eggermeier (Buticofer); her husband Douglas Edler; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Lawson (Tom), Dave Edler, Danny Edler (Kelly) and Scott Edler (Autumn); her grandchildren, Eric, Cassie, Luke, Hope, Hunter, Grace, Evan, Bella and Jessie; and her sisters, Elaine Edler (Larry) and Darlene Eggermeier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in her name.
