She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dick and Sarah Dick (Enns); her husband Dr. Neal Chapin; and her son-in-law Stephen Kaiser. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Chapin of Lena and Barbara Kaiser of Rockford; her grandchildren, Andrew Kaiser (Courtney), Matthew Kaiser (Charlotte) and Katherine Kaiser; her great grandchildren, Jack, Eleanor and Caroline Kaiser; and her nephew Dr. Gary Chapin.
