He is survived by: his parents, David Gustason and Tammy Gustason; his siblings, Alex Gustason and Debbie Gustason of Lena; his grandparents, Harriett Gustason and Fritz Lancaster; and his uncles, Mary Anne Janssen (Duane), Margaret Majors (Paul), Derek Hong and Tom Holmes. He is also survived by several cousins, great aunts, great uncles, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his memory.
