She was predeceased by: her parents, William Amendt and Hilda Amendt (Altenbern); her husband Maurice Holmes; and her son Tom. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Holmes of Lena, Greg Holmes of Lena and Chris Peterson (Jim) of Stoughton, WI; and her grandchildren, Vicki Holmes Fischer (Fred Cass), Scott Holmes (Kim), Angie Cruz (Jose), Kelly Holmes (Esther), Erica Peyer (Ben), Emily Peterson, Tess Matson (Mark), Bill Holmes (Jennifer), Cody Holmes and Nick Holmes (Susan). She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
