He is survived by: his wife Carla Batek; his children, Jay Williams (Ron Pointdexter) of Seattle, WA, Douglas Williams of Canton, IL and Campbell Forrester of Laguna Hills, CA; and his niece Patricia Henson (Gordon) of Kentucky.
