He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lobdell and Etta Lobdell (Miller); and his brother Kenneth of Oklahoma. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Shippee; and his daughters, Nancy Diddens of Genoa City, WI, Karen Stabenow (Monty) of Rockford, Kathy Edler (Greg) and Mary Hudson (Jim) of Lena. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 foster great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in his memory for the Lena United Methodist Church.
