Delbert Scheider Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2021, at the age of 95, Delbert Scheider of Lena, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Scheider and Lorene Scheider (Frank); his wife Hulone Hammer of Anchor, IL; his sister Shirley Jean Fitzpatrick; and his grandson-in-law Ryan Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Scheider (Mary) of Freeport and Joyce Scholl (Jon) of Cooksville, IL; his grandchildren, Jay Scholl (Jessi) of Peoria, IL, Jill Miller of Bloomington, IL, John Scheider (Jenna) of Waterloo, IA and Lindsey Voegle (Nathan) of Sanibel Island, FL.; and his brother Merwin. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Social Distancing will be practiced and mask will be required.
Memorial contributions in Delbert's honor can be made to the Highland Community College Foundation and the Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Lena.
