He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Rose (Lynne) and Mike (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jared Jensen, Dr. Katie Lutz (Eric) and Kyle Jensen (Alyssa Tompkins); and his sister Mary Kay Blundy (Jere). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
