He is survived by: his mother Pat Simmons of Stockton; his siblings, Wendy Nowviock (Al) of Kent, IL and Brian Simmons (Vicky) of Walkerton, IN.; his niece Amber Nowviock; his nephews, Adam Nowviock, Ben Chacko (Ruth) and Joe Chacko; and his great-nieces, Maddalyn, Ashton Nowviock, Amori and Quinn Chacko.
