He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Lou Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Cynthia Basco, Karen Eggersdorfer (Steven) and Kathleen Shingler (Kevin); his grandsons, Christopher, Michael Basco, Eric Eggersdorfer and Carlton Shingler (Cassie Pullia); his great grandchildren, Audrey, Abbey and Westley Bolden; and his brother Dr. Donald (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may to Bethany Lutheran Church.
