He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian; and his siblings, Richard and Mildred O'Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Gail Maggio (Drexel) and Janet Toth (John); his grandchildren, Brent (Rachel), Kara and Kyle (Michele); and his sister Nadine Gunsaulus (Donald). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
