She was predeceased by: her grandson Andrew; and her sisters, Patty Gaskey and Carol Briestensky. She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Gerry" Sebastian; her children, Kara O'Malley (Michael), Gara Scott (Marty), Gavin Sebastian (Amy) and Adam Sebastian (Jennifer Thornton); her grandchildren, Maeve, Grace, Caroline, Elise, Lilah and Holton; and her brothers, Billy Nash and Timmy Nash. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
