She is survived by: her spouse Jan Czerwien; her children, John (Jodi), Stanley (Bridget), Krystyna, Edward, Theresa (Joe), Jennifer (Keith), Jonathan, Jaimie, Ashley, Amanda, Trent, Joey and Jordin; her great grandchildren, Harrison and Henry; and her siblings, Anna, Cecylia, Eugeniusz (Maria), Karol, Stefan, Józef and Jan.
