She was predeceased by: her husband James Macfarlane; her daughter Janice M. Macfarlane; her parents, Frank Lesniewski and Jennie Lesniewski; and her brother Frank Lesniewski (Mary King).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Bernacchi (John); her sister Florence McGury (late Raymond); her niece Carol McGury-Bonnevier (Rich); and her nephew Raymond McGury (Susan).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A prayer was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (605 State St, Lemont, IL 60439). A committal service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (7201 S Archer Ave, Bedford Park, IL 60501).
