He was predeceased by: his father Leonard B. Powalisz (Anne M.); and his brother Gary A. Powalisz. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth B. Powalisz (Rebecca) and Michael S. Powalisz; and his grandchildren, Zackary and Caitlyn.
