He is survived by: his children, Izabella Nowobilski (Jozef) and Marcin Pitura; his grandchildren, Justyna, Michael, Aleksander, Mikolaj, Zuzanna and Maximillian; and his siblings, Tadeusz Pitura (Ewa), Zbigniew Pitura (Lilianna) and Halina Turkosz (Wladyslaw). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
