He was predeceased by: his wife Martha F. Pack. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Funakoshi (John), Carla N. Evans (Dave), Shawn K. Pack (Janet), Gregory S. Pack (Sharon) and Jeffrey D. Pack (Teresa). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
