Jack D. Burner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack D. Burner of Lemont, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack D. Burner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Leona; and his parents, Stanley Burner and Mary Burner. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Jim Kaput) and Alan; his grandchildren, Christiaan (Heather), Kiri, Nathaniel (Anna), Ryan, Claire and John; his great grandchildren, James and Ellis; and his sister Jayne Ritchie. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Jack's name be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or Honor Flight Chicago.
