He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hohm; his daughter Natalie Hamer (Michael); his grandchildren, Erika Hamer (Raymond) and Michael Hamer; his great grandchild Abram Sherman; and his siblings, Virginia Gicla, Harold Hohm (Donna) and Cheryl Hohm.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
