He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malak and Frances Malak; and his siblings, Dorothy Tasharski and Don Malak. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Paul Malak (Bev), Deborah Melvin, Laurie Carbaugh (Terry) and Timothy Malak (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Bonnie Reed (Jamie), Daniel Malak, Andrew Malak (Laura) and Brittany Manno (Joe); and his brothers, Robert Malak (Gloria) and Roger Malak (Linda). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
