She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Mrkacek; her parents, Joseph Gleeson and Bridget Gleeson; and her siblings, Michael Gleeson (Barbara), Maureen and Bernadette.
She is survived by: her husband George McElligott. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
