He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chiaramonte and Connie Chiaramonte. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Dawna Solloway (Don) and Shellie Welty (Doug); his grandchildren, Peter, Joseph Solloway, Nicole Forgy (Josh), Daniel Evjen (Lexie) and Caitlyn Welty; his great grandchildren, Emma Rose Forgy, Nora Michelle Forgy and Danny Jay Evjen; and his brother Richard Chiaramonte (late Dolores). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
