He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Justice Luttrell and Rose; his wife Cathy Luttrell; and his children, Christopher Luttrell (late Karrie), David Luttrell, Mark Luttrell (Pauline), Melissa Pinto (James) and DeAnna Moodie (Matt). He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
