He is survived by: his children, Mark Curulewski (Sandra) and Beth Hess (Thomas); his grandchildren, John Curulewski, Cynthia Guran (Nick), Thomas Curulewski (Katie), Rebecca Curulewski, Abigail Curulewski, Kristin Hess and Thomas Hess; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Troy, Rahniya, Oliver and Vivianne.
