He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Kiest and Dorothy Kiest (Jordan); and his siblings, Louise Primmer and Blaine Kiest, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janice of Leland; his children, Douglas Kiest (Christine) of Sandwich, IL, Leona Meekins of Florida, David Kiest (Melissa) of Oswego, IL and Aaron Kiest of Leland, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan Kiest, Haley Kiest, Frankie Bakker, Eva Kiest, Alyssa Kiest and Madison Kiest; and his siblings, Delmar Kiest (Robbie) of Texas, Carl Kiest of Leland, IL and Vickie Pfortmiller (Mike) of Sterling, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
