He is survived by: his children, Ted Smith, Jr. (Lisa), Cecilia Tuntland (Kevin), Mark Smith (Elaine) and LaVern Smith; his grandchildren, Micheal Tuntland (Marta), Michelle Walker (Travis), Mitchell Tuntland, Owen Smith, Jennifer Munson (Josh), Nicholas Robinson (Gina), Tyler Smith and Tiffany Smith; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Paisley, Max, Thomas, Regan, Haley and Emmeline; and his sister Shelby Jean Jones.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Catholic Cemetery (320 S Depot St, Somonauk, IL 60552-9780).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Somonauk, IL.
