She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter D. Shepard and Bessie L. Shepard (Beckley); and her granddaughter Katie Copeland. She is survived by: her husband Anton F. Blazek; and her children, Dennis Copeland of Ottawa, IL, Jerry Copeland (Cathy) of Sheridan, IL and Deanne Bergeron of Streator, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
