It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Heldstab of Leland, Illinois, born in Crookston, Minnesota, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Heldstab and Amelia Heldstab; his wife Vicki Jean Ramey; and his brother-in-law Frank Ramey. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew (Michelle) of Hudson, WI and Jacob (Emily) of Osprey, FL; his grandchildren, Maeve, Merrick, Amber and Nick; his brother Jerry Heldstab (Sue); his sister-in-law Celeste Schrock (Jerry); and his nieces and nephews, Dawn, DeDe, Katie, Rob, Chris, Scott and Mike.
The family has organized a fundraiser in Lee's honor to support Emerson Elementary School, and has asked that in lieu of flowers a donation be made.
