She was predeceased by: her parents, James Foster and Florence Foster (Knoblauch); her brother Richard Foster; and her stepfather Malcolm Carlson. She is survived by: her children, James York of Ottawa, IL, Richard York (Suzanna) and Stacey McCaugherty (Michael) of Glen Ellyn, IL; her grandchildren, Michelle Sibley and James York; her great grandchildren, Colton Sibley, Carter York and Aiden Converse; her sister Barbara Rodeck of Lima, OH; her sister-in-law Louise Foster; and her close friend Linda Lou Brooks of Leland, IL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
