He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Jensen); and his son Daniel Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McCarthy; his children, Forrest Johnson (Lee), Thomas Johnson (Diane), Laura Grube (Bob), Lynda Cadena (Jose) and Kathleen Rollefson (Brian); and his siblings, Margaret Trandel, Mary Walsh and Edward Johnson (Virginia). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
