She is survived by: her children, Deana Rebak (David), Nicole Hagerty (Doug) and David Millhouse (Renae); her grandchildren, Torri, Laine Moore, Miles Rebak, Cody Millhouse, Faith and Levi Hagerty; her sisters, Denise Hornback (Donald) and Diana Prahl (Lucas); her nieces, Alexandria Hornback and Emerson Prahl; her nephew Jackson Prahl; her boyfriend Tony Gruben; her pets, Gracie and Oden; and her nephew Chad Hornback.
