He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Hanna Grice, Sr.; and his siblings, Geraldine Grice, Oscar Lee Grice, Jr., Dorothy Grice, Rose Grice, Walter Grice, Robert Grice and Hazel Grice.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Grice; his son William Grice (Kara) of Florissant, MO; his grandchildren, Kamdyn and Zuri Grice; and his mother-in-law Etta Sykes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Willie's Life was interrupted with the Alzheimer's Dementia diagnosis two and a half years ago.
