She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Symer (Dave Huelsmann) of Lebanon, IL and Jill Quaid of Lebanon, MO; her grandson Jeffery Denis Linder of Lebanon, IL; her siblings, Jeff Lutz (Diane) of Belleville, IL and Debbie Boller (Ray) of Chicago, IL; her extended family Faye Ann Codemo of Godfrey, IL; and also, Katha Wilson (Trevor) and Justin Boller (Jeana) of Chicago, IL.. She is also survived by niece and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Hospice of Southern Illinois, for their loving care and compassion shown to Susan in recent weeks.
