It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Walter Hunter of Lebanon, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Peterson; his children, Doug Hunter (Kris Kocek) of Candler, N. C., Karen Baxter (Mike) of Edwardsville, Ill and Dave Hunter (Ann) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Amy, Todd, Scott Baxter, Joy and Drew Hunter; and his sister Jean Middlebrook of Marietta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
