He is survived by: his wife Sherry Blythe (Schaefer); his daughter Kyle Boes (Chad); his granddaughters, Savannah and Sadie; his pets, Carter and Rue; and his siblings, Terry Blythe (Kelly), Mark Blythe and Katherine Blythe.
