She is survived by: her children, Ronald J. Potts Jr. of Shiloh, IL and Pamela Hess of Shiloh, IL; her grandchildren, Brandon Hess (Margaret "Nikki"), Kyle Hess and Amber Mae Potts; and her great grandchildren, Haley and Jaymes Hess.
