He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger William Price and Jessie Beatrice Price; and his sisters, Betty Price, Olivia Edwards, Bernice Burk, Verda Crump and Joyce Baskerville.
He is survived by: his brothers, Adolph Price, Roger "Sunny" Price and Donald Price; his children-in-law, Milton Wiley and Cynthia Price; his son Emric Calvin; his wife Maxine Price; his children, Angela, Barbara, Denice (LaVelle), Lafarrell (Michele), Demetrius (Dawn), Roger and Twila (Aaron); and his nephew Wendell Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
