He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Allen and Myrtle Wise Rutherman; his wife Dorothy; and also, George Harold and Christine Karnes Sheets.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine of Paducah, Owensboro, Janet Church (Sheldon) of Ft. Myers and Laura Rowe (Robert) of Oconomowoc, Wis.; his grandson Ben Horner (Elizabeth); his children, Abigail, Henry, Frederick and Charles of Hot Springs, Ark.; his granddaughter Jessica Green (Jason); his children, Anna, Russell, Jordan, Joshua and Madelyn of Ft. Myers; his grandson Kevin Rowe (Megan); his children, Emma, Josephine and Harrison of Madison, Wis.; his granddaughter Katherine Bischoff (Travis); and his children, Page, Ainsley and Charlotte of Greenfield, Wis.. He is also survived by his in-laws were his best friends and that he never thought mother-in-law.
