She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolf J. Jr. Stangl and Anna M. Stangl (Tucker); her son Todd Edward Petty; and her sister Fran Floyd (Kent). She is survived by: her daughter Jacqulyn Feliciano; her grandchildren, Paul Feliciano, Patsy Feliciano and Adriana Marfisi; her great grandchildren, Alex, Ashtyn, Mason and Eden; and her sister Tina Kuster (Karl). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations in Elaine's name may be made to the Metro East Humane Society.
