She was predeceased by: her spouse Jesse Hernandez; her parents, Louis Palmer and Mary Palmer; and her siblings, William, Fred, Richard, Bessie, Mildred, Lillian, Maude and Catherine.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hernandez (Patricia) of Dallas and Sandy Strubhart (Jerry) of Aviston, Illinois; and her grandsons, Danny Hernandez, Jacob Strubhart, Josh Hernandez and Luke Strubhart. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her name to the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation.
