He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koenig and Esther (Homer Luettinger). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Koenig; his sons, Brent Koenig of Trenton and Ryan Koenig of Burns Harbor, IN.; his sister Carol Jean Funkhouser (Paul); his grandchildren, Taylor Haas (Devin) and Courtney Koenig (Jacob Stone); and his great grandchild Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Lung Association or to St. John's UCC and may be received at the church or funeral home.
