She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Radford Ehret and Bernice Ehret; her son David Stephen Thomas; her brother Charles "Bud" Ehret; and her sister-in-law Shirley Ehret.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Williams (James) of Lebanon, IL and Ken Thomas (Christie) of O'Fallon, IL; her sister Lana Ehret of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Grant, Kathryn (Matthew), Emily, James (Emily), Rebecca (Kurtis), Emilee, Jason and Maddie Jo; and her niece Cathleen Zarczynski (Keith). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
