He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. and Ruby Cummins, Sr. (Peavey). He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Leaf River; his children, Vicki Lake of Loves Park, IL, Kevin Cummins (Suzanne) of Janesville, WI and Becky Greenfield (Tony) of Shannon, IL; his sisters, Janice Beer (Herb) of Arkansas and Debra Cummins (Steven Bray) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Brittany Lake, Brianna Lake, Jonathan, Jordon, Kylie, Jake Cummins, Lindsey, Tyler and Trevor Greenfield.
