She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Casper and Mary Margaret Grace Bonjour (Breed); and her husband Robert Eaton Plummer. She is survived by: her sister Jeneane Marie Fluegel of Kenosha, WI; her nieces, Veta Fluegel of Rockford, IL, Tina Fluegel of Roscoe, IL and Teresa Fluegel of Kenosha, WI; her cousins, Donna Curtis of Stockton, Wayne Noller of Stockton, IL and Thomas Noller of Stockton, IL; and her nephew Dennis Webb of Winter Garden, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial in Joan's name may be made to the Rockford Rescue Mission, 715 West State Street, Rockford, IL 61102.
